Richard Blundell , professor at the University College of London and editor of the Mirrlees Review, recommends, in this interview, considering fiscal systems as a whole in order to make them more efficient and just. He also calls for a relaxation of austerity and the introduction of measures to stimulate growth. Blundell, together with other tax experts, participated in last December’s Fiscal Forum organized by the Barcelona Economics Institute.
