The researcher at the Laboratory for Interdisciplinary Evaluation of Public Policies (LIPP),Guillaume Chapelle, is the last incorporation at the IEB. The doctor will work at the Cities Program of the organization, where he will continue his research in the areas of urban economy, housing, transport, taxis, public management and political economy.

Chapelle made his PhD at the economics department of Sciences Po and LIEPP and has published relevant research, such as the article ‘Considerations on housing, rising housing prices and inequalities in response to Thomas Piketty’s book’.
