Els investigadors de l’Institut d’Economia de Barcelona han publicat 42 articles en revistes JCR (Journal Citation Reports) durant 2011, el doble que durant 2009.
A més a més, s’ han publicat 19 Working Papers, més del doble que durant 2009. Així, en dos anys, l’ IEB ha duplicat la xifra de publicacions i, en canvi, només ha incrementat la xifra d’investigadors en un 34%. Entre les revistes JCR on els investigadors de l’ IEB han publicat els seus articles durant 2011, cal destacar Journal of Public Economics; Public Choice; Journal of Urban Economics; Regional Science and Urban Economics; Applied Economics; National Tax Journal; Journal of Public Economics Papers in Regional Science; International Journal of Technology Management; Transportation, etc.
