The lecturer Tetyana Surovtseva has joined the Barcelona Institute of Economics (IEB) as a researcher. After obtaining her doctorate in economics at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, she has pursued her career at the London School of Economics and Political Science, University College London, Universitat Pompeu Fabra and New York University Abu Dhabi, carrying out both research and teaching roles.
At the IEB and the University of Barcelona, Dr Surovtseva will conduct research in the effects of gender composition in companies on workers and organizations, among other topics. Her main lines of research include labour economics, immigration and gender.
