The IEB’s Report on Fiscal Federalism and Public Finance ’14 brings together the three IEB Reports published during 2014, which have addressed the issues of scal balances, environmental taxation and tax fraud. However, its central theme is the debate on the future of Spain’s regional nancing system, a subject of obvious relevance and interest in our country today.
